Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams Cucumber
  • 1 small Tomato
  • ¼ Red Onions
  • 150 grams Chicken Breast
  • 2 Tbsp Black Olives
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Slice the cucumber and add it to the lunch box.
  • Do the same with the tomatoes.
  • Slice the red onions.
  • Meanwhile, cook the chicken breast by frying it in olive oil.
  • Once cooked, slice the chicken breast and add it to the lunch box.
  • Add the black olives and top it with parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice upon serving.
