Ingredients
  

  • 50 grams Chorizo Mince
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 10 grams Red Onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Manchego Cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Sautee chorizo in a non-stick pan.
  • Add red onions and stir until caramelized.
  • Add spinach and sautee until wilted.
  • Stir in eggs.
  • Fold in cheese and serve.
