Mexican Scramble
Ingredients
- 50 grams Chorizo Mince
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Spinach
- 10 grams Red Onions thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Manchego Cheese shredded
Instructions
- Sautee chorizo in a non-stick pan.
- Add red onions and stir until caramelized.
- Add spinach and sautee until wilted.
- Stir in eggs.
- Fold in cheese and serve.
